Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free or paid as mentioned in each product catalogue, depending on the amount of product.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

What do I do if I have a special request pertaining to my order?

ORDERING FROM US

Before an order can be placed with us, you are required to complete the registration form using our online service.

Once you have completed the registration form, the order will have deemed to have been placed. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the registration form detailing the information on the registration form. This will be done immediately our Customer Service department, whichever method you specify. Acceptance of the order takes place when we confirm receipt of the registration form by email or call.
